These terms apply to enquiries, proposals and agreed work from Lihinable Writing Solutions, a founder-led practice based in Nashik, Maharashtra, serving small, new and growing businesses and professionals across India remotely. “Lihinable”, “we” and “us” refer to that practice. “Client” or “you” refers to the person or business accepting a written scope or paying an invoice.

1. Service scope and approvals

Lihinable can provide social media management for Facebook and Instagram, reels and motion graphics, Meta Ads and Google Ads management or setup guidance, Google Business Profile management and local citations, Hindi/Marathi/English copywriting, responsive websites and landing pages, SEO and AI-search optimisation, content calendars, strategy, and WhatsApp marketing direction.

The exact deliverables, number of revisions, channels, access needed, timing and exclusions are confirmed in the proposal, message or invoice accepted for that engagement. A home-page description or package is a starting point; it does not silently add work outside the agreed scope. Client approvals, source information and access are part of the delivery timeline.

2. Pricing and ad spend

Current monthly package starting points shown by Lihinable are Starter ₹10,000/month, Growth ₹15,000/month and Pro ₹20,000/month. The home page also lists website prices and optional add-ons. These figures are transparent starting points, not a promise that every brief has the same scope.

Meta or Google charges, taxes or third-party fees that apply to your account are separate unless a written proposal expressly says otherwise. You keep control of the platform account and campaign budget; Lihinable does not promise a specific reach, lead, sale, traffic, ranking, citation or revenue outcome.

3. Websites, landing pages and hosting

Listed website prices include a .in or .com domain for year one, fast cloud hosting for year one, free SSL, mobile-responsive design, a WhatsApp button, Google Maps, a contact form, basic SEO setup and website content written by Lihinable. Typical delivery is 5–10 working days after required information, access and approvals are available.

The scope is confirmed before work begins. Domain names, hosting accounts, platform availability, client-supplied assets and delayed feedback can affect timing. After year one, domain and hosting renewal is ₹2,000/year for both, unless a written proposal states a different amount. Renewal is optional but a lapse can make a site or domain unavailable.

4. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Website projects use 50% advance and 50% on delivery. Monthly services, add-ons and other project milestones follow the written proposal or invoice, including any agreed advance; a three-month plan, when chosen, is shown as a separate billing option before work begins. Work may pause when an agreed payment, approval or required access is outstanding.

Cancellation notice, notice periods, work already completed, third-party costs and any refund are handled only as agreed in the applicable written proposal, invoice or message. No cancellation or refund term is implied beyond that agreement. If no written commercial term covers a particular situation, contact Lihinable before stopping payment so the unfinished scope and delivered work can be reviewed together.

5. Ownership and access

Once the agreed fees for the relevant work are paid, you own the final client content and the social, advertising, domain and website accounts connected to your business. Lihinable uses access only for the agreed work and does not promise an agency lock-in. Third-party platforms, domain registries, hosting companies, fonts, stock assets and software remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Working files, drafts, unused concepts and internal process material are not automatically included unless the written scope says they are. You are responsible for checking factual business details, legal claims, offers, prices, product permissions and final approvals before publication.

6. AI tools and human review

Lihinable may use current AI tools openly to work faster and cheaper and pass savings to clients. Strategy, copywriting direction, cultural and language judgement, fact checking and final quality checks stay with real humans. AI assistance does not make Lihinable responsible for facts or claims that the client supplied or approved without correction.

7. No guaranteed outcome

Marketing depends on the offer, audience, budget, competition, platform decisions, timing and the client’s own follow-through. Lihinable does not guarantee leads, sales, traffic, rankings, AI citations, reach, revenue or any other business result. SEO and AI-search optimisation are practical efforts without a guaranteed-ranking promise.

8. Acceptable use

You must provide lawful instructions, accurate business information and assets that you have permission to use. You must not ask Lihinable to create or distribute deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or unsafe material, manipulate reviews, impersonate another business or breach a platform’s advertising and community rules. We may decline or pause work that would create those risks.

9. Changes and communication

Changes to deliverables, languages, channels, pages, shoot logistics or timelines may change the price or delivery date. We will confirm material changes before treating them as added scope. Routine communication may happen by email, phone or WhatsApp; a clear written message can record an approval or scope decision.

10. Applicable law and location

These terms are intended to be read with the applicable written proposal and are governed by the applicable laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve a question directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be addressed in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, unless the written proposal for that engagement states a different lawful arrangement. These terms do not create or describe a separate incorporated legal entity.
