Short answer: Lihinable uses enquiry details to understand and reply to your request. We do not sell your personal data. Form enquiries are sent through the FormSubmit endpoint to lihinable@gmail.com; if you choose WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Lihinable Writing Solutions is a founder-led digital marketing, content and website practice based in Nashik, Maharashtra, serving small, new and growing businesses and professionals across India remotely. In this policy, “Lihinable”, “we” and “us” mean that practice. “You” means a visitor, enquirer or prospective client.
Information we receive
When you use the enquiry form on lihinable.com, you may provide your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, city, interested package, budget, timeline and goals. The form also carries the details needed to route the message, such as its subject and a spam-control field.
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and message content that you decide to share. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers or other information that is not needed for an initial marketing enquiry.
How we use enquiry data
- To read your context, reply to your request and suggest a useful next step.
- To arrange a call or WhatsApp conversation about services, scope and availability.
- To prepare or clarify a proposal, package discussion or website scope when you ask for one.
- To understand which page or campaign brought an enquiry to the site, so our communication is less repetitive.
- To protect the form from obvious spam and keep basic business records connected to an active enquiry.
FormSubmit and other communication channels
The home-page form sends its submission to https://formsubmit.co/ajax/lihinable@gmail.com. FormSubmit acts as the form-routing service; the message is delivered to Lihinable’s email inbox so we can respond. The service may process technical information under its own terms and privacy policy.
WhatsApp links on the site open https://wa.me/918208507402. Choosing that link is your decision. WhatsApp processes the conversation under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy documentation; Lihinable does not control that platform’s data practices. UTM parameters and referrer information
The home page can read campaign labels such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content from the page URL. It can also record the referring page or “direct” when no referrer is available. These values are sent with an enquiry so we can understand its context; they are not used to create an advertising profile.
Cookies and session storage
These standalone policy and article pages do not set advertising cookies. The home page may use browser sessionStorage to retain campaign labels for the current browser session and may read the browser’s referrer value. The home page does not run an embedded chatbot, store a chat transcript or request microphone access. Session storage is not a replacement for the enquiry form and is not used to store passwords or payment information.
These pages can request the Manrope and Plus Jakarta Sans web fonts from Google Fonts. That request may disclose your IP address, user-agent and ordinary request metadata to Google. We do not state a retention period for that provider; see Google’s own terms and privacy documentation for its handling of the request.
Your browser, hosting provider or linked services can still create ordinary technical logs. Those logs are controlled by the relevant provider, not by this policy page.
When information is shared
We share enquiry information only where it is needed to respond or where you choose a channel: with FormSubmit for form delivery, with WhatsApp when you open and use WhatsApp, or with a service provider needed for an agreed project. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use enquiry details as a public testimonial or case study without separate permission.
Retention
We keep enquiry messages and related contact details only for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond, continue an active conversation, deliver an agreed service or maintain ordinary business records. When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, we aim to delete it or remove identifying detail, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to resolve an active matter.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what enquiry information we hold, correct an error, delete information that is no longer needed, or stop follow-up communication. You can also withdraw a request before work begins. Email lihinable@gmail.com with enough context for us to identify the conversation. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting. If a third-party platform holds the information, you may also need to use that platform’s own privacy controls.
Security and external links
We use reasonable practical care when handling enquiry information, but no internet transmission or third-party service can be promised completely secure. Links to FormSubmit, WhatsApp, email providers, Google services or other platforms take you to services with their own terms. Check those policies before sharing information there.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, enquiry flow or services change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version was published. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had an opportunity to read the revised wording.
